Primary Responsibilities Include
• Processing guest bookings through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.
• Providing exceptional, personalized service to guests during the reservation process, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries and questions.
• Managing modifications and cancellations requested by guests, such as changing arrival or departure dates, room types, and other booking details.
• Ensure all quotations are followed up on a regular basis in order to ensure maximum revenue.
What You Bring:
• Previous Reservations experience, within a Safari environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
• Exceptional telephone etiquette and mannerisms required.
