Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet five-star standards.

Manage budgets, inventories, and procurement of housekeeping supplies and linens.

Implement and uphold housekeeping systems, procedures, and health & safety regulations.

Lead and develop the housekeeping team, ensuring training, motivation, and performance excellence.

Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless guest experiences.

Address and resolve guest requests and concerns professionally and efficiently.
Requirements:

Matric & computer literacy.

A Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (preferred).

8–10 years’ housekeeping experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role at a luxury hotel.

Strong operational and technical housekeeping knowledge.

Proficiency in OPERA PMS (preferred).
-
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
