Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring high standards in service, quality, and efficiency.
- Financial Management: Drive revenue growth, control costs, and maximize profitability while maintaining budgetary goals.
- Guest Experience: Ensure an outstanding guest experience, upholding luxury standards and personalized service.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team to achieve operational and service excellence.
- Sales & Marketing: Collaborate with sales teams to optimize occupancy, maximize event and conference business, and enhance the hotel’s market presence.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to all legal, health, and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a large, full-service hotel (preferably 4-star).
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) business is a plus.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.
