Job Description:
As the Asst Lodge & Villa Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving growth, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and have own vehicle
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, especially during the busy season & weekends
