As Duty Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the lodge, with a strong emphasis on leading food and beverage service and guest engagement. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring all departments deliver seamless, high-quality service.

Lead by example in the food and beverage department, with direct involvement in service and guest interactions.

Act as Manager on Duty, handling guest feedback, special requests, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.

Support and collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and professional mealtime service.

Conduct pre-shift briefings and support staff training and performance.

Uphold and promote the lodge’s brand standards and service philosophy.

Assist with stock control, ordering, and managing F&B costs in collaboration with department heads.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a 4- or 5-star hospitality environment.

Strong background in food and beverage operations, ideally within boutique hotels or lodges.

Confident leader with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Passionate about service excellence, attention to detail, and team development.

Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Well-presented and professional, with strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

Exposure to luxury lodge operations or exclusive-use properties.

Wine knowledge or fine dining service experience is an advantage.
