NIGHT AUDITOR
A 4* Hotel is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Night Auditor to join their team, who is a team player, passionate and takes pride in the guest experience, whilst contributing to the success and seamless operation of our Hotel, ensuring the highest level of service and hospitality is provided during the overnight shift

Key Requirements:
- Hospitality Qualification preferred
- At least 2 years’ experience working in a 4/5 star hospitality environment within a similar role
- Well-groomed and professional disposition
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Confident and calm demeanor
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette
- Strong organizing and planning skills
- Sound financial acumen
- Ability to multitask and work within a fast paced pressurized and team orientated environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail and efficiency pertaining to area of responsibility
- Ability to work without supervision and show initiative.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, evenings and as per operational requirements
- Be well versed in the English language essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate and work with all departments to ensure a smooth operation
- Identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management and security/safety personnel.
- Partner with security to manage risks and matters of concern with guest and employees on duty
- Protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information.
- Manage the front desk and all incoming calls
- Confirm and verify guest information and payment methods
- Ensure a high level of guest services and relations to ensure they have a positive experience
- Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
- Upselling of other products and service
- Assist within the Front Office department ensuring productivity and adherence to operating standards, guidelines policies and procedures
- Ensure all guest complaints and enquiries are attended to and resolved
- Handle sensitive issues with employees and/or guests with tact, respect, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- Perform and adhere to all guest check in /out policies and procedures
- Ensuring all end of day tasks are completed
- Perform and complete all reporting, cash handling and finance related task as per operational requirements
- Investigate ,resolve and report issues found on accounts
- In the absence of the night manager support the team and hotel as per operational requirements
- Perform other duties as and when operationally required
