In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for optimizing hotel operations, implementing best-in-class systems, and leading a dynamic team to deliver seamless service and outstanding financial performance. Your ability to manage multiple properties, handle high-pressure environments, and engage with key stakeholders will be essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ”น Strategic & Operational Leadership

  • Oversee the operations of multiple hotels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement scalable systems and processes to streamline workflows and drive consistency across properties.

๐Ÿ”น People & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop General Managers and property-level leadership teams.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive staff development programs to enhance skills and career progression.

๐Ÿ”น Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the key liaison between ownership, executive leadership, and hotel teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, brand partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure guest feedback is effectively managed and translated into service enhancements.

๐Ÿ”น Financial & Commercial Acumen

  • Drive revenue growth, optimize cost control, and maximize profitability across all properties.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (RevPAR, GOP, ADR, guest satisfaction) to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with budgets, forecasts, and financial targets.

  • Navigate complex operational challenges and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Develop contingency plans for crisis management, ensuring business continuity.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to operational performance.
